what to save, scrap, sell?

Hi, I have just bought a nice 90 Legacy AWD wgn. weak clutch, ac inop. I have a 90 Legacy sedan FWD, auto, blown cly. heads. What should I save for my AWD? I would almost give away the auto suff to a good home, Both have same options ac, pw, etc. What are the good parts to have as spares? Thanks, Artie
