Does anyone have any experience with porting and polishing a turbo, i was considering doing it to my stock vf-11 after i put the TD04 on my car also are there any other upgrades i can do to the turbo itself to produce more power from the vf-11 :?:
92 ss 5MT..TD04, 02' Wrx TMIC, XS power Atmos. BOV and Gripforce stage 2 w/ WRX OEM Flywheel, Equal length headder and catless uppipe. Open DP and soon tobe CBE, WRX struts and springs, MBC

I've heard of people doing a hybrid vf11 with the compressor side from a turbo Thunderbird...I don't know how difficult it is or if it's even worth the trouble.

I had a Thunderbird inbred turbo in my SS...it was a good setup for fast spool and 90* outlet
