Rough idle, Check engine light, down on power

Rough idle, Check engine light, down on power
So i just recently put the TD04 and intercooler on my car, ran great for about a week. got in my car today went to start it the regular lights in the insrtument panel turned on then went blank and very slowly faded back on. turned key they went out. car would not start had to roll start it. It has a check engine light on now and runs very rough, also way down on power however it is building boost. Stoped and turned it off checked all the fluids went to turn it back on and the same thing with it starting happened, checked all the connections to the battery they were fine. Anyone have ideas as to what it might be??

That would make sense because the blow off is much quieter and almost not present also a leaking noise near intercooler. Would that cause a check engine light and the trouble starting??

Haha yes, most definitely. I just fought a problem that was very similar (although not quite as severe). I'd put money on the fact that you a hose has blown off or at least partially slipped off.

Alright sounds good i will check it out, also there is a clicking sound from the dash just to the left of the steering wheel and the Tach jumps when i turn the key

interesting, I believe I have a boost leak right now too since it is way down on power
What I find strange is that the boost levels can still go very high. Generally the boost maxes at ~9psi but it spikes/creeps up to 13 often and yesterday I saw it hit 16!
to which I said yikes and stopped driving funly... (since my fuel system is stock)
I don't have a CEL. I was thinking I just have a bad tune (I am planning for Revtronix) but will check for leaks
haven't got time/priority to look at it til the weekend
