I finally decided to sell my moms old legacy SS turbo. It has 198,000 miles on it and the engine pulled strong with no issues when it was parked about 5 years ago. No knocks, no leaks, and a nice little turbo whine that my mom enjoyed (it was her car). Most of the exterior is in beautiful condition, it has the subaru rust down at the corners around the wheels which I included some pictures of. The body and paint were maintained very very well while the car was in use by my mom and all the rust had been fixed at that point professionally (not by a macco place). It is automatic with the 4EAT, but it has lost 3rd and 4th gear. The shifter cable is seized so in order for it to move it has to be shifted into gear underneath, and it should get a tune up and fluids before being run along with the usual things from sitting. It did have fuel stabilizer used before parking it. The interior is in very good condition, it just needs to be cleaned. All the windows including the moonroof work along with all other electronics.
Hey sorry it took so long to reply, I had the wrong email address in here for the notifications.
Yes it has been in the canvas garage ever since she switched over to driving the SVX. The rear end was perfect when it was parked. I haven't been under it in some time so I dont know how bad it is, but it had the factory undercoating on it so hopefully just the brakes have gotten bad from sitting.
I can grab a light and take a look if you want or you are more than welcome to come by sometime and take a look at it.
