Hello there folks,
I am looking for an EJ22T Closed Deck block with oil squirters. I had a slight misshap with my current engine that can be seen here http://bbs.22b.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.c ... 9;t=001727
I am planning on having the engine built at Raw Performance in Columbia Il so would be looking for the block to be posted to there.
Ron's Address is
RAW PERFORMANCE
1840 Mule Road
Columbia, IL 62236
USA
I am also looking for a Pair of EJ257 STI Cylinder heads with AVCS, if you know of anyone with a pair of these for sale please point them in my direction. Again I would be looking for them to be delivered to RAW Performance.
Many thanks for looking
Graeme

Send me a private message with what you are looking to pay. I've got a couple but it would have to be the right price to convince me to part with one.

I am in Iowa (close to IL) with longblock ej22t pulled from a car with only 85,000 miles on the odo. Make offer. Its possible i can deliver it to them. Condition of engine is not known, but was from a 85,000 mile car.
It turns over fine with the crank pully, I had to do that to remove torque converter bolts, yes a automatic 92SS.

Sorry I havent posted back on the origional post but I have been in negotiations with a fellow member about his block that he contacted me about and I am waiting for pictures before I can progress any further. Im sure that you appreciate I want to be certain before parting with cash for something I cannot view in person especially due to me being half way round the world in Scotland.
If that falls through (like it has on another forum when I asked for pictures all contact dried up) I will be sure to contact others.
I have failed to contact people so far that have just asked me to make an offer, not because I am not interested but due to the fact I do not want to offend anyone if I offer too low. For me I find it easier if the seller lets me know what they would like and then I can negotiate further from there.
My engine is still broken and I'm having to travel to work on my motorbike mostly in the rain due to time of year so I am still in the market for a block so I can get my rebuild project off the ground
I realy do appreciate all the responses
All the best
Graeme
