No power unlock after lock fix

Post by SPUMONI_RT »

I recently fixed my door locks because the spring retainer was broke on all of them.

I found a thread on how to fix them by wiring the spring back. I also used dual sided tape to go in between the mechanism and the door to insure there was no rattles.

I don't remember if they worked after I fixed them but they did work before that. And they don't work now.
They unlock when I use the key but not the button.

I was wondering if anyone has any insite
Thanks

Are you pressing the button far enough to get all the doors to unlock?

I put a spring on one that I had that was broken, but hte spring kept it from traveling far enough to trip the switch, swapped it out with a good one from the wrecking yard and walla, everything worked again

I press it down far enough.

I didn't replace the springs.

I guess I'm going to have to pull it apart and
hope I can see the problem.
