Sell/Trade the 93 Legacy wagon

Post by Snowolf2 »

So my parents have a silver, 5spd, 93 N/A legacy wagon that I've been using for the past 5 years. Its got just shy of 170,000mi and has its share of history. We are looking to replace it with another newer used legacy with low miles (ideally less than 130,000mi). The grill is missing, and the front bumper is bent down a bit from a small fender bender, but nothing else was damaged. Tires are Michelin x-radial all-seasons with about 15,000mi on them and still plenty of life to go. I just replaced the brake lights and rear-back up lights, and it has a fresh radiator flush and oil change. Other than a K&N panel filter and a couple stickers :) , it's completely stock. My parents are the original owners and have Maintenance records from WAY back when. Within the last 15,000mi its got new spark plugs, valve gasket covers, radiator hoses, water pump, thermostat, and all new belts. It does have its share of dents and scratches, and a bit of rust, but the engine is awesome. Not parting it out though, so its the whole car or nothing. We're asking for around $2000 OBO. Preferably a local sale, but could meet within reasonable distance (Bellevue,Seattle, Everett).

Here are some pics of the car:

Also forgot to mention that the rear speakers have been replaced with Pioneers, and the Deck is also a Pioneer CD/MP3 player

Um good luck with the sale. They thought about fixing it up and trading it in? Between the pull-a-part in Lynnwood and Arlington there are enough 1st gen Legacys to make this one complete.

I'd love to see it become good-as-new, but its my parents car, so my parents decision. They just want a newer subaru. I know this one has plenty of life in it as the engine still runs awesome.

I realize $2000 is an unlikely price for this to be sold at, so if anyone has any interest in this wagon send me an offer!

Hold on to it till it's snowing real good -
it'll sell quick then, I'd wager for asking price too.

Good luck
