What do you guys do about gear oil?

I see people recommending Extra-S in threads, but you can only get it in 20L drums, which I don't need, and don't have anywhere to put. I've found a few people selling quarts/gallons of it, but $18/qt and $62/gal is as cheap as I've found, while Redline would be $45-50 for the same amount.

I thought I saw someone mention going in to the dealer with a bucket and buying it that way, but that may have been something else.

Anyone ever think about a mini group buy or something? I don't know that I'd be up for organizing that, I'm bad about this kind of thing, and I live across the state.

My local dealer will sell it by the qt, and will fill the container I bring. I've just used 1 gal. milk jugs.
