need help i just done my suspension

hi guy i just did on my suspension a few day ago

kyb gr2 strut on h&r spring new top plate, and rubber

now as i turn while i was on reverse for stationning "turnning the streering on the right complatly i heard a few toc toc toc toc, is that possible that i had something bad installed?
like top perch or anything else we also change the balljoint.

hope you guy can point me out what could be the problem.

btw that a mecanic guy at my job who did it with me.
as far as he told me last week everything was looking fine ecxept for the reat sway bar.

but the sound seem to come from the front driver side.

Maybe the tire is rubbing on the inside of the wheel well when turned to the max. Mine does that.

the sound i heard is toc toc toc so i was suspecting the axle

my tire also run my fender the the sound is completly different

If it was a CV it would be doing it while you drove and it was under load, not just reversing and turning the wheel all the way. I have a bad CV and there's no sounds until I start driving.
