SOLD!!! Morettes for 2nd Gen Legacy

Post by mike-tracy »

SOLD!!!

I have new old stock Morettes from Daniel Stern Lighting (from back when they were selling them).

Absolutely brand spanking new, never installed, only taken out of the box a few times to look at them. Comes with wiring harness, too.

These are the US LHD models, which Morette no longer makes.

Last place I have seen these for sale was from Lachute Subaru in Canada - for around $800 cdn. Daniel Stern had these for $750, but you CAN'T BUY THESE NEW ANYMORE!!! My 2nd gen was involved in an accident a while back, so I won't be needing these. I almost want to buy another 2nd gen just so these will stay with me. ;)

$450 shipped/$425 picked up!

Thanks, I looked for YEARS for my 1998 Impreza (wasn't willing to buy new) but never found any. Bit the bullet for the Leggy. If only the 1st gens had something like this...

Those are really sweet lights!

What kind of lights are they--Hella, Cibie, or ??? Also, what brand of bulbs come with them and what wattage?

Hi, these are Morettes with glass optics by Hella, and the bulbs are street legal Hellas.

The heavy gauge wiring runs to the battery so you can run much higher wattage for off road purposes (wink wink). The wiring has relays and plugs into your stock harness, so you control these as normal.
