Hello all. I am in the market for a Legacy turbo (wagon or sedan) just as long as its 5 speed. I would prefer as close to stock as possible. I am located in Connecticut, but am willing to travel a bit if its a car im interested in. You can email me at swiftikarus@yahoo.com or just post in here... Thanks!!

Not sure how far you're willing to travel, but I spotted this on craigslist:

Factory 5-speeds for sale are pretty rare, or maybe their owners just don't like to sell them.
You could use crazedlist.org to search surrounding states.

To clarify, he meant the turbo wagons didn't come in manual. Some owners do swap to a 5-spd, and if I ever encounter one I would definitely consider it.ImSleeping wrote:oh yea? I didnt know wagons never came manual... Hmmmmm.. And I tried all those craigslist search sites... mainly "craigshelper". No luck yet..

turbo SS 5 mt
I have tow turbo 5 mt. one is a car with rust here and there. the other is a DD that needs a little work. yet I do drive it everyday.
has 176 on the clock. that is the DD. the rust car came to me from pittsburg. that one has a WRX trany in it. either way the running drive train is there.
I am in the bronx, new york. we can meet up some where and you can see the car. I am not into the long distance deals unless it is with understand.
I will jack the car up let you look under it. I will take you for a drive, I drive and if you wish after then we can talk.
no tire kickers please. white shadow has a set of WRX seats in front, and 17" rims with tires. that is why it's price is higher.
let me know if any of this is interesting to you.
be well, Bepa
