cleaned my headlights

ended up cleaning the wagon and my gf's 03 legacy lamps. i think they came out pretty good.

btw if anyone wants to know, i used:
3m's headlight lens restoration system
meguiars plastx

I believe that stuff works good temporarily but it always oxidizes again unless you seal it with a clear coat or something.

+1... a UV-resistant clear coat, otherwise you'll have yellow headlights again in a year or so.

The 3M kit is the best one I've used, IMO.

well the clear coat went great! love the way they came out but for whatever reason i cant get the gap between the driver headlight and the corner lamp to be flush with each other. its a gap. the passenger side doesn't have a gap at all.

their were some parts i ended up ordering because they're broken. maybe that will fix it. does any one have any close up pictures of the headlight springs in place? seems the passenger side spring is straight and stretched, driver side is stretching at an angle......

well the inner grommets were on backwards which didnt allow me to correct the lining. the gap is a bit smaller on the driver side now. i'm happy with it :)
