The redesigned 2010 Legacy sedan and Outback wagon raised Subaru’s overall test score from 78 points to 81. That helped contribute to its tie with Honda in CR’s rankings. All it means is that they're the most boring and, at best, can make a car that doesn't blow up in the first few months of ownership. Pretty much the only thing I'd bother looking it is if the company is near last place. Tied with Honda. Yippee. Like the 2009 Civic my sister has weird problems, like power steering randomly quitting, and that she already wants to dump? I have more faith in a 15 year old car than a new one from anybody. And I'm sure there's no correlation between reliability and the steady rise in weight. Can cars get a the mechanical equivalents of hypertension and diabetes?
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.
