Yes, but like I said not sure how the cruise control would hook up. Some people don't use CC and dont care to hook it up, or just have no need for it.

These will bolt in but the airbag and cruise require cutting, rewiring, and some work to be functional.

Any pics of the top and side of the non-STI Subarus '98-'00 Leather Momo steering wheel (silver center).

Curious on how the cruise stalk would fit.

Alot of the steering wheels have the mounts inside for you to bolt in your CC switch.

( I know because I am using a JDM wheel AND my CC.)

Pop the airbag off and look. You may have to cut some of the plastic out for the switch to hang out, but normally the bolt holes are there to screw into.

My JDM B4 MOMO wheel has the cutout for the stalk.

So this is the JDM wheel on my 98 Legacy. I had to cut the hole, notch the aluminum in the wheel and the screw holes are all there.
