ok, haha I was gonna say.... i very highly doubt that if I took my spoiler off I would notice any difference in any way shape or form, besides it looks uglier (no offense to you N/A owners!)

I just wanted to randomly point out that the XT had a 0.29 coefficient of drag in stock form. An MY04 STI gets .33 CD, a 99RS is .36, 01 GT wagon is .32, 98 GT sedan .34, 97 legacy wagon at 0.37, 05 Legacy sedan is .29 while the wagon (not outback) is .31

CD on its own is cool but the size of the front of the car isn't included. If you multiple drag coefficient and area its a more complete picture as described here http://www.madabout-kitcars.com/kitcar/kb.php?aid=327 which also happens to include the 91 Legacy!

Both those components are why modern gas hatchbacks seem to have hit a brick wall for mileage in the mid/high 30's—the tall roof to accommodate the "stadium" rear seating (apparently, people expect sub-compacts to be comfortable nowadays, even though the seats are like sitting on rocks) contributes to a greater frontal area than necessary and, of course, the cut off rear doesn't help the drag coefficient. Then there's the stupidity of too much weight requiring a bigger engine to get that mass to move.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.
