Revtronics...

Post by Redlined »

Finally got my Revtronixs chip ordered last week. Its been a week and I was eager to receive it so I Pulled up my E-Mail today to see if I could track the order and find out how long till I would be receiving it.

I have received two E-mails from Revtronix. One advising my account with them had been registered and one that confirmed my Order.

The above E-mails contained several links each to the host websight.

All of the links lead to *This Account Has Been Suspended*. I attempted to go directly to their websight for contact information to find out if this was a mistake or if there was some error and got *This Account Has Been Suspended*. I cannot access their main websight from either of my computers or my mobile phone. They number they list on their E-mails lead to a personal answering service.

Quite simply. I have been banned from their websight for no known reason and have no way of contacting them.

I am.... a little annoyed. At the moment the companies reputation with the good people at Legacy Central is the only thing keeping me from simply going ballistic and assuming that this is just another "fuck the customer" corp with poor ethics and worse customer service.

Anyone have a current number or contact information for them? Id like to get this straightened out as soon as possible.

Check out the Revtronics thread. Apparently, all accounts were suspended while they're moving or something.

Mike/Revtronix has been MIA for a good 2 months now. This occurred shortly after he moved from Canada to California.

I assume his web hosting account was suspended due to all the spam on his forum. As his WHOIS info is blocked, no way to contact him. Since no forum member, even those who were doing private chip testing, have volunteered info about his status, I think it's safe to assume Mike/Revtronix has dropped off the face of the earth.

Maybe something bad happened to him in Cali. Google isn't coming up with much for his name, Mike Sisson, in the news...

Hmmm that sucks... but more for him than me. I have a butt ton of upgrade parts I cant unstall until I bring my Engine management up to spec. Whats next in line for Stand alones/Piggy backs? If I dont hear back in the next week Ill assume the worst and move on.

I don't personally know him or havent dont business with him, but he seems like a legit guy. I am hoping/guessing that he is just very busy in work or w/e and will be back, but nobody can confirm that at this point. it sure would be nice if he came back though, i need a damn stage 2 chip in a few months!!

I really wanted my stage 1 chip :( I was hoping I would gain the top end I wanted and get better fuel economy. Would have been good if he updated his status on the site saying all orders are now going to be on hold till w/e.

.... yet no replies to the hundreds of emails, forum posts, main site updates, etc.

Far as I'm concerned, Revtronix is dead.
