OEM mat part numbers?

Post by ericem »

Anyone think I can still buy the oem mats? I want them in black specifically. I was debating buying wrx and sti mats, but I think some OEM ones that say Legacy and fit perfect are a better option.

I highly doubt you'll be able to find those still. I haven't tried but last christmas I tried finding OEM floor mats for my gf's 2000 Honda Civic and they only had them in black and beige, not grey. Grey is the most common color.

You're talking about a car that's nearly a decade older. Good luck! Try ebay. I ended up buying a set that said it was dark grey and turned out to be black but they were brand new and OEM honda so they fit perfect unlike the crappy aftermarket ones she had in there that would get in the way of the pedals and were dangerous to have in there.

You can try ebay. That's where I got mine, but that was a few years ago. They were new and just sitting in a dealer's inventory.

You can get the part #'s in the parts book that I've posted in the stuff you need to know forum.

i think the junkyard is your best bet and if you really want them black i think they came out with upholstery paint but i never tried it so i dont know how ghetto it would look
