No, you can use your regular info... but you'll usually have to sign in separately, even when you link from your watch list in Ebay here as they're different websites.
The tabs are mostly identical, so if you've got zero German, you can still figure out what you're doing. Google translator helps with the text of ads, or just paste the url into it and translate the whole page. My experience is that they prefer you post your questions in good English rather than bad German, which is mostly what you get from a translator page...
Also look around for interesting interior bits, particularly the headlight leveler switches, front & rear foglight, and headlight washer switches, etc. Even if you never wire it for use, they look better than blanking plates. They also got some nice single-DIN stereo openings, with built-in clock and antenna switch, but you lose your cupholder using that.
Unless you're familiar with Xoom.com for wire transfers, stick with sellers that take Paypal... it's catching on more over there.
I also just realized that the "BJ" I was seeing all the time is "Bis Jahre" referring to the year of the vehicle
