after cutting the hole dash into 3 separate parts and making sheet metal plates to bring it all back together this is what i got so far but a definite plus

so made a trip to import performance in West Chester today for the test fitting of Mishimoto's soon to be released bolt in aluminum rad for our. Got it for free for letting them used my car as a tester. Fit in like a glove looks real nice





I will be taking it back out this week to paint the rad fans so I will get some better pics then

nice build up, im planning something very similar.
Im using same heads as you, but with STI intake, turbo, injectors, and tmic and maybe E85.
Questions for you though, what EM are you using if any, and if your not how did you get it to idle with wrx TB.
These are questions iv been trying to figure out, without running a AEM EMS.

Is it just me or did you paint the top of your engine and those heads? What kind of paint did you use, it looks great. Unless I'm seeing things...

it runs but just barly gets out of the garage haha. I was planing on going revtronix for tuning but he fell off the earth so im lookin into other options. The paint is acualy some cheap pep boys paint beleave it or not

So how did you get it to run on the wrx TB and IAC, with the leggy t harness? What did you splice?

iac delete and the tps plugged into the leggy harness

idle off the tb linkage. cool, never even though of that, does it run pretty well.

it idles around 1000 to 1200 rpm> I drove it down the street a couple of times after the swap and it pulled like a bat out of hell but coming down from the higher rpm I would go way rich from the blow off not being recirculated. I mean its rich the hole rpm range without the tune but still looking into a management system.

Thats awesome, i actually just picked up a Honda EMS for my car. It will be an assload of wiring but for 300 bucks i couldnt go wrong. This will allow for antilag, ffs, and all that other baller stuff. I reccomend you look into one of those being that it looks like yours is going to be just as much of a race car as mine will be.
I will be tearing the car apart here in the next week or so.
