Sure wish we had someone around who knew how to work on these things. Got a screwed up shoulder and it is hard to do anything thing. Got the heads back on and torqued and there it stops for a while. rotator cuffs don't heal fast.

They never heal man. Mine are both torn and have been that way for a year now. No sign of getting better at all. The doctor was a joke. Charged me a ton of money and told me nothing I didn't know already. Tried saying there was a bone spur causing it even though it's in both shoulders and this bone spur he found was only in one. Bullshit, it never bothered me before. I know it was from the gym and I told him that.

My shoulders crack and pop if I rotate my arms in a vertical cicle. It's not fun. I can't lift anything out to my sides or in front of me and it's best not to lift anything above my head either.

It's shitty.

I feel yer pain... everyday, dislocated mine 8 yrs ago and still sore, used to be a tech for a fast paced shop, get er done he'd say so we pulled harder I pulled them right out of the sockets, but i still do it for a job everyday, but now I work for myself! good luck with the search
