Anyone from Oregon, but residing in CT?

I ask this because every time I come out of a store in a certain area, a blue Mini Cooper with Oregon plates, Yakima roof rack, and a kiwi sticker on the hatch parks next to my red SS.
This has happened multiple occasions, in different locations. I'd say at least 5 times. So, I was just thinking its a coincidence when once again, I come out of EMS this past Sunday, and there is the damn Mini Cooper again, right next to me. I also find it funny, I've never seen this car driving around, nor have I ever run into the driver.

That is quite strange. Better keep it locked lol. Not sure why this person would be on the legacy board though.
