second gen tweeter cups

been looking at them in wonder but has anyone used 2nd gen tweeter cups (upper door panels that cover the screws for side mirrors) on our cars?
94 tleggy wagon, 22t with 2.5 dohc heads, pp6, tdo4, fmic, 3inch catless bpm turbo back, wrx brakes, MANY interior mods to list

i found some on subaruparts.com but i din't buy them bcuz i was short, now they are not selling them anymore its was on the sale section 30$ for the set

good luck finding them

I have used them. What I did was pulled it form a junk yard by uncliping the wires from their outlets and then matching up the wire diagrams and then I cut two of the pop in clips that go over the side mirrors and they pop in perfect and been in ever since.

No they do not but if you look at the wireing off the tweeter the wire for the tweeters run off the speaker clips which run off the speaker.

Generally speaking you want to keep the tweeters close to the midranges but unless you are building an SQ car it probably wont matter much.

Heres some pic's of what i did and how figured it out. Would have takin pic of inside door conecter to the speaker but i didnt rip my door panel off again but this pertty much how i came up with it.
