removing the water-air set-up?

hi yas,
i have a good size intercooler to use as a front mount(came off a mitsi vr4 legnum).....
was wanting to know what it would take to remove the water-air system?taking the cooler off will be easy,but what about a water pump?lines?hoses?i also have a hks ssqv bov to put on so i need a decent pipe with a port on it..
doin it for possum bourne (R.I.P subaru king)
