does anyone you know make a front bumper or full bodykit for a 89 rs legacy?mine has a standard trim kit but i feel like i need something else......i definately need a better front bumper to suit my front mounted intercooler...

You can always custom modify one with ABS plastic sheet , a heat gun, and a ABS welder...
