I think 16s or 17s look better on our cars, but I must say this wagon is beautiful. I'd like it better with some STi BBS wheels though. Sweet ride and keep us updated! I'd love to throw a 6 speed into a Lego someday.

i bonded the center section out of a 06 LGT hood to a BC hood.
The wheels are Crimson K6 18x8 +45 offset with 225-40 tires

Heres a few pics of the car since ive added the lip, and the projector fogs i made out of acura integra headlights...

added a wideband, gauge is in between tach and speedo

Next, order some 9006 ebay HID's for the fogs and my vanity tag!

soon to come, some new coilovers, Spiider dccd controller, R180 diff install, Brembos, and new paint. That should suffice till i buy forged internals and build a rotated mount GT30R system

I've wondered about doing that. With a BK outback or GT scoop, though.
Car looks good. Gonna tint the windows?

That looks awesome!! Way good job on the hood. I've been considering doing a newer steering wheel like you did also, how does the cruise control and air bag hook ups match up? Was is very simple as i imagine it would be?

Ebay. 06-07 STI knockoff lip for about $60 shipped. I just put one on my car too. Little bit of trimming, heat gun and it fits pretty well.

Thanks!!

Yes going to tint the windows when it goes in for paint, Going with the Ruby Pearl from a 07 Lexus ES350, similar color with more metallic

Yeah, the lip was a awesome $60 mod!!

the steering wheel was a bolt on, i had to swap my old cruise control stalk over, and the airbag was a dif plug altogether, but i ditched the airbag system when i swapped the carpet and a bunch of other interior parts around.

Going with Zeal Function V6 inverted monotube coilovers i think, 02-07 wrx fitment.

Wrinkle black is a good do-all paint. Good choice.

If you have have the capability of welding, you should put your filter in the fender well behind the foglight. You'll see 20+ degree cooler air that way.

Yup, i do... i welded the whole setup together, plus the full exhaust
I was debating doing that, but i figured the filter would get soaked driving in the rain, and driving in the snow and crap.... Id have to make damn sure the fenderliner protects it i guess. Think leave the MAF in the engine bay, and just put the filter down there?

Yeah, I'd leave the MAF in the stock location. I have a related setup, though mine draws air from a NACA duct on the side of the lower bumper instead of the foglight location. From there, I have an intake hose going into the stock airbox. Never had an issue with water (if anything, it seems faster in the rain), but snow can pack into the hole and reduce power if you ram snowbanks and junk. Easy enough to clear out anyway.

heres what it looks like with all the hid's on..... the fogs are wicked sweet, nice flat cutoff from the projectors, in low light evenings you dont really need the headlights on to drive....
Image

AND i got my new coilovers installed on the car! Went for the baller stuff this time, Zeal Function V6 inverted monotube, 8k/6k springs..... WOW what a difference! car feels new all over again, corners like never before.... Loving it!!!
