This is an old thread I am going to resurrect.
I want to the stealership to order another one for the second car, and was told Subaru only has about 3 of the part left in the US, so if you want this mod, either hit the stealership tomorrow, or start looking for 90-92 LS/LSI in the junkyards.

i havent compared the plugs but will a wagon stalk work in a sedan?

It should, you will just have the extra wire for the rear wiper.

Didn't somebody do a write-up on a second gen (BG/BJ) stalk working in our cars?
93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

The sucky part of this mod, is you have to pull the wires out of the end plug, feed them through the wire path, then replace them into the plug.

i havent looked on the legacy yet but i know on my older subarus its was easier to just pull the steering wheel
