Are j25d heads compatible with my ej22t ? any help lease

I am looking to purchase some 2005 dohc d25 heads. I have looked on here but have not really found anyone trying to use these on a turbo. I know most of the issues I will be faced with. But will these lower my compression to much? Will I need a new ecu? Is this worth the hassle or should I look for more compatible heads? I am just looking for some more performanced for my daily driver and thought this would be a good start. Any info would be apreciated.

If heads are the only thing you are going to do, you are wasting your time.


And no, D25 heads will not work with your ECU.

I plan on doing a lot more work. I thought I would start there. Maybe I should begin somewhere else.
