Is there any wiring involved or is the factory wiring all there already? I want some....

You have to create a harness for the levelers to work.
6 wires from the pass light to the drivers light to the dash.
Need to splice into illumination/illumination ground/ power/ power ground
Also the plugs are from an 04 STI light leveler- they did not come with the lights.

Yeah the 90-91 tail lights look like ass. I'm trying to come up with a cool solution for them. Only thing I've come up with is removing the chrome trim and playing around with some tint.

What are the 92-94 rear tail lights supposed to look like?
I'd be cautious of running the "rear fogs" like that as they could be mistaken as brake lights. The german cars like Audi that have a rear fog, only have it on one side, typically the driver's side I believe.
Wow, those look great! I'm jealous. Didja get some good high-output bulbs and make a heavy-duty wiring harness for them? If not, you'll be re-amazed all over again when you do.
European specs allow for rear fog lights either on both sides or just on the driver's side.
The idea behind having two of them is that then you can kind of gauge how far away a car is. The idea behind having one is, like Josh says, to make them look different from brake lights.
If you're in thick enough fog that you have rear fog lights on, I don't think distance information is that useful since you have to be really close to a car to see the light anyway. If it were my car, I'd leave the passenger-side rear fog light bulb out.

The front levelers move the headlights up/down about 3 degrees each mark.
John- it's not that hard- as long as you have a harness= do you?
The bulbs are the factory ones- not super bright.
I thought about running just one side- but I can now use the light for when people tailgate.

The harness I have is using a few leveler plugs from 04-05 STI's and a wire loom perfect for the harness: 6 small 18 ga wires inside a heat/oil proof wrap. I have asked my electrician if he would be willing to make a few. He said- maybe. but he would need the STI plug ends, the switch and the cost would be between $80-95. But the result is very neat and tidy and easy to put into the car.

Kimo, i agree on the ass ends of the 91, I painted almost everything black on mine, and i think it makes it look ALOT better....should look even better when I do the black handles and chrome removal.... I think that double sided tape will come off after a few car washes
