haha, i'll fix this one up and sell it this autumn probably. Its got some issues. The outside is in ok condition, just a little oxidation. The interior is pretty dirty and seats are cracked and torn.
The reason i bought it is because the lady that had it said the transmission is going out and she doesn't want to dump any money in it. She said it just randomly dies when she's coasting to a stop sometimes. I've only driven the car home, and haven't toughed it till today. On the drive home the car did die once but i put it in neutral and started right up again as i was still coasting. Car is an auto btw. I put my scanner on it and god a code p0100. I think thats the maf. So i cleaned it with brake cleaner. Now i shall go drive it today and see what the trans does.

Any ideas on the symptoms?

As for the other subaru, i'm probably gonna sell it as well. My wife wants a bmw 135i. Booo. The two turbo cars, i will keep, or trade one for a touring wagon, and do a MT swap.

Yeah, I'd probably suspect MAF as well. You should be able to use a first gen MAF.
