It looks like he uses the technique more to legally "see" minors naked.
But that reminds me of the Muslims that hang around the temples and tombs in Egypt who, not allowed by their religion to beg for money, instead ask for a tip, but don't actually do anything for you to earn one. I can't understand believing in an "all powerful" god that would be stupid enough to not see through those kinds of loop holes.
