Used Revtronix Stage 2 chip for '91-94 Turbo Legacy - Sedan or Wagon - 5-speed or Automatic
The chip upgrades the stock ignition and fueling maps, removes the stock 13 PSI fuel cut, properly recognizes the JECS MAF, and bumps boost to 16.5 PSI in Power mode; 14 PSI in Normal mode. It uses all the stock components/sensors, such as Boost Control Solenoid (BCS), MAP sensor, etc. The only modifications required are listed below.
My car made 176HP/232Torque @ the wheels w/my 4EAT. Stock @ the wheels (not @ the crank) is ~130HP/140Torque. Check this THREAD (thanks to BSod2600)
SUPPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM REVTRONIX. You won't be able to get an upgraded chip if you buy a bigger turbo or injectors. The owner has been MIA since January 2010.
YOU MUST RUN PREMIUM FUEL. Chip is designed for 93 Octane in Power Mode (I used 92 - all I can get around here); 91 in Normal Mode.

Included in the sale (all items in 'used' condition):
1 - Revtronix Chip installed in a 1991 Turbo ECU. The ECU should work on any '91-94 Legacy Turbo w/the EJ22T - 5-speed or Automatic. Power/Normal Mode cable installed.
2- SSM-type Cable purchased from Revtronix for use w/the Revscan software. Software can still be downloaded from the website, or I'll provide a copy.
3 - JECS MAF (replaces stock Hitachi MAF) - Working unit from a pull-and-save wrecking yard. (ANY JECS or AUTECS MAF from a '90-'98 Legacy/Impreza/Forester will work)
4 - JDM 440cc injectors - I bought these used off a Japanese Seller on ebay. They came cleaned/tested to me. I've put about 11K miles on them....don't know how many on them previously. These will fit the stock EJ22T turbo rails. I would recommend getting new O-rings-see link about 440 install below.
Chip is spec'd for the following and will not work properly and should not be used on a stock VF11 car:
- TD04-13T (standard WRX Turbo from '02-08?; Forester '04-08?)
- 440cc Injectors (see * below) - will not control other sizes to my knowledge
Additional Required Upgrades from Revtronix site:
•Catback exhaust - 2.5" or larger
•High flow downpipe - 2.5" or larger
•Modified factory air intake (resonator and snorkel delete) - aka 'coffee cup mod'
- Intercooler
To summarize Buyer will need: TD04 Turbo, Intercooler, upgraded exhaust, and modified intake.
This WILL STRESS a car's existing components. It MUST be properly tuned up, NO EXISTING CELS/ISSUES, and any other modifications may or may not work w/the Chip.
Please do your research on this, if interested in buying it. I was an early adopter and helped w/initial tuning. The dyno posted on the site is from my car.
I'm selling the chip as I've upgraded to the 'rob tuned' EJ20 ECU to run the VF39 and STi 550cc's.

* Note on 440cc injectors. These are the JDM Side-Feed, Gray top injectors. I've seen JDM 480cc, Yellow tops, (USDM STi 550's are also side-feed, yellow tops) listed as 440cc on the ebay UK site. I think this is because they use a different pressure standard, such as 2.75Bar/40 PSI vs. the 3 Bar/43.5 PSI the USDM market adheres to. I don't know if the '02+ USDM WRX 440 top-feeds can be made to work w/the EJ22T intake. The JDM 440's WILL FIT in the stock Turbo rails, or the '90-91 AUTOMATIC EJ22e rails (Edit: '90-91 Automatic rails are 'suspect' and may not work well - use your stock Turbo rails to be sure).
