This is a three spoke steering wheel used on Legacies in Japan without cruise control. I bought it from a vendor in Hong Kong as a no return as-is purchase and it would not fit my 91 Leg with cruise control. Recently found another JDM four spoke MOMO black leather steering wheel with cruise control adaptor, so this wheel has to go.
