Hello all im thinking about selling my legacy ss... Its got about 146,000 miles and its a turbo sedan with a 5 speed. I had an issue the other day and my coolant hose came off. Apparently i need a new surge tank for my coolant and a bunch of hoses need to be re routed. I do not have the cash to pay for someone to do this at the moment, and im not mechanically inclined enough to do it myself. I have put alot of work into this car, (new power steering wrack, new ball joints (left and right), fresh alignment, fresh oil change ect.... As far as upgrades go i have a tmic from a 06 wrx. I also have a set of 17" bbs rc wheels with Bridgestone potenza all seasons on them. I wish i could keep this car forever I love it, but I dont know enough about it to fix things myself and dont have the money to bring it to a reputable service shop every time something breaks on it. I know the car is rare and desirable, I'm trying to get an estimate on how much cash I can get for it.... I would like to get 2000 idk if this is reasonable considering it does need work....
Ps (the interior is flawless and the exterior has a few minor scratches and dents)
Please lemme know asap what you guys think ill post some pics later

Just found out that it was a broken nipple off the expansion tank for the coolant... I cant believe that this shop in particular quoted me 1000 to fix this problem when me and a friend got a new tank and fixed it IN THE PARKING LOT!!!! What a sleazy shop! Im gonna keep my SS as long as I can its purring like a kitten now
