Where can i get some fog lights for my 92

Post by 92.Legacy.SS »

I've been looking for some on Craigslist and can't find any and I've Googled and all i find is Hella and other brands like that but i want to stock ones and if possible the wires (unless my car came with the wires but I haven't looked..) also is there a way i can get the switch..

I searched the forum and i found some that look like what I'm looking for but he sold them and they cam with a switch for them. so if someone knows of a place i can buy them or if someone on here wants to sell them. I'm from Oregon and if the price is okay I'll play for shipping.

Stock fog lights? There were no true "stock" fog lights for our cars. You could get dealer options that were square and mounted in the lower grille, but I only saw these on the 91 year cars. Fogs like mine are JDM sourced and custom cut and fit as the bumpers are not even close.
Yes I have too many Subarus
No you can't have one

the jdm fogs fit 100% perfect in the bumper its the bumper beam that is different.
i just welded the brackets for the fogs to the stock bumper beam with no issue when i had mine

Pics? Getting it welded wouldn't be an issue.

the only close up I have at the moment, the lights cost me $20 and I mounted them by cutting up and bending a sheet of aluminum which cost lke $5. I had the bumper off when I installed them so it was reallllly easy for me to fab up a mount for them

Yeah, the lenses on Wal Mart lights crack pretty easily. I had one crack last summer while out on I-5, so a second set is a good idea in my opinion.

I dont think so, I've seen the all blue lenses before like that. Maybe they changed them. Oh well, I was on a budget when I put those in but now that I have a job I can afford something decent when they shit the bed :)

Installed the switch right at the spot made for the air suspension lift. To the right side of the sterring wheel. It turned out sweet having the switch in a factory spot

Yeah its really easy to pop out, justput a flat head screwdriver in the middle atthe bottom and pry it right out. I've taken mine out many times that way.

The two sets I've gotten from WalMart came with a full harness and everything, and they where about $20 each before tax so a better deal than Autozone.
