Few suspension questions.
When I do lift my car will I need the extra spacers from an outback if I go over two inches and is it a bad idea to add strut bars, fender braces, and a rear sub frame locking kit to a lifted car that will spend time offroad?

Strut bars and fender braces shouldn't matter, you don't want your body twisting around in any scenario, locking kit I don't really know what it is so can't answer that. You wouldn't want sway bars that are too stiff though.
