Yes, but when used as a whole assembly, there are a few minor mods that need to be made. IIRC, it's the bolts that hold the column support that don't 100% line up.

Not sure. There have been a few threads outlining it to search out. Something about the support bolts sticks out in my mind.

I don't know if you can still find good looking pedal covers, but that would be an easy option. I have a set of simple drilled alloy and you can't tell they're just covers unless you get close to them, but the most important thing is that you can position them in the best ways for your feet for heel and toe work.
