NZ/UK group buy?

Post by THAWA »

Would anybody else be interested in getting a group buy shipment thingy on some non-usdm legacy items? Shipping is hell when you go overseas so I figure if we all got a bunch of stuff together and split the shipping cost it'd be a lot cheaper. Also it'd be cool to upgrade some of those lame 90-91 usdm lights and stuff :D. I don't know how this would all go down but I just want to see if anyone is interested.

If you're going to bother arranging for lights to be shipped from overseas, you may as well do it right and get them from an LHD country.

I'd be interested in lights and a spoiler for a low-roof wagon. Steering wheels could be good for some people (already have an Impreza STi one on mine).

I'd be interested in sideskirts, rear bumper lips (for sedan), and a Legacy RS Momo Steering wheel-drool.

You need to go to Europe to get LHD lights. Germany, netherlands, etc. I will tell you, they are not cheap new. I had been looking into this, and we were looking at used lamps as well.......things just didn't materialize. I don't know if the project is dead, but things have been postponed for now....

I could be interested in replacing my stock bumpers front and rear if they were nicer in other places and looked more like my RS's. Anybody got good links on BF chassis cars from around the world since I am having a hard time finding anything that would show me what they looked like outside the U.S...

Yeh...I bet most of us want side skirts and a rear skirt, I know I do. I'm hoping to pull the side skirts of a US spec legacy wagon...I see them around fairly often, but I figure the rear one won't work, so I will still need that imported. Glass headlights, hell yeah. Steering wheel, I need a new one.
Take care yall

I'd also like to be in for a wagon spoiler. Something subtle like what some of the newer OEM hatches are sporting. I can make a front air dam myself.

I'm into a rear wing as well. I'm not too hopeful, but I'm in .
