Ya, he's still alive. He was recently in a 1-800 collect commercial. Other than that I'm not sure what hes doing.

He is currently suing Best Buy for using a clip of him in one of thier comercials. Its the one where he is in the Rocky movie and the customer is imagining fighting him. I guess he didn't get any royalties for it so hes pissed.
