So I've realized that the person I deal with at AutoZone is a complete dumbass and doesn't know anything about my car so I am asking you guys(which I should of done in the first place).

Anyway is there a specific number of quarts that fill the transmission and also what is the best fluid to run in them other than synthic?

Do you have an owner's manual for your car? If not, I recommend reading this.

It's from my 90, but has a lot of good info in it, including info about the tranny fluid.

Run a good synthetic ATF Dextron fluid. It'll hold up to the heat better than the non-synthetic.

When I bought my car it didn't come with a manual for some reason. But those pages you provided help. Thanks
