At some point you have to draw the line.

Has that thing been in a wreck? There's a gap around the hood and headlights that a male walrus could love. Are those special wheels with a double lip or something else that's almost as stupid that I don't get. It looks as if there's torn rubber or sloppy adhesive around where the bead meets the rim and the car might be on some kind of jacking system and not sitting on the tires. I can't imagine those holding air (or that back wheel supporting much either way). The only other thing I can think of is if it has the run flat rings installed like they put in armored vehicles.

It's holding air alright. I guess they use bead sealer. Didn't even know such a thing existed.

Someone asked to see a front shot of Kawashima-san's Celica FF drifter, not for another look at the ridiculous camber...

...but for the equally silly stretch on the tires. Holding them in place is quite a generous application of bead sealer literally gluing them to the rim.

Let them do it. Let it become super popular. Let them start selling all the current parts on thier cars to budget for these new parts.

Then maybe I can pick up some GOOD parts cheap.

I don't understand how it can seal like that. Must just be for show, but that's about the equivalent of only taking a dump on your hood for shows. Then again, it is a yellow Celica with a CF hood, the dump wouldn't make it look any worse.

That looks like "my car just broke" I see where this is going, people will get in a fender bender then take it to a car show.

Was this how the idea came to be? :smt030 :smt115 :smt040 To me, it looks really stupid and I would seriously rather drive a Prius than that celica...

Celicas aren't all bad. Talking about the GT-4 AWD Turbo 2.0, of course.

Meh. Too many driven wheels. Plus the engine only comes out the bottom.

I think the ST185 and ST165 (respectively) are more sleek-looking and are bit less portly:
