WTB: Door locks with key, also ANY door in good shape.

Post by 253.Asmo »

Hey all,

My old key broke off in my drivers side lock. I'm looking for a set of door handles (2 or all 4 doesn't matter) with a matching key. I'll leave the ignition tied to the old key.

Also, looking for any doors off a 90-91 in good shape with working windows. Any color, in the greater Seattle / Tacoma / Portland area. Thanks in advance!

I might know where my old door locks ended up and I know theres a spare key laying around somewhere.

I found one of the lock cylinders but I have no idea what door it came out of. I'll look for the other one more. EDIT. The one I found is the drivers door, I wiped some dust off and theres an l stamped in it.

On the topic of doors, theres a wrecking yard here with a grey '91 sedan and all the doors are there and in great shape. It is missing the door locks as I put them in my car.

Hmm, that might also be worth a drive up from Gig Harbor.

What's the name of the place?

Last time I was there all the doors were there but that was Feb. 18th. I'm pretty sure the doors are still there though as there aren't many first gen. legacies here. If they happen to not be there, I know another yard with a '92 wagon and all the doors are on it an not many people go there so odds are they are still there.
