I'm pretty sure that my rear subframe is a little tweaked from that damn snow covered curb I'm replacing the lateral links with adjustable wrx ones, hubs are good, trailing link will get replaced (what years compatible??)
I'm in Washington state, need the rear crossmember only. Hoping that will straighten it out!
Thanks
Matt

I think you can pretty much use anything. I'll be using WRX parts for my rwd conversion (if I ever get to it) since an old donor would be rusted and harder to find. I've slid sideways into a curb with my right rear wheel somewhere around 15-20 mph once and caused no damage whatsoever beyond putting a slight bend in the wheel. The subframe is pretty robust, are you sure it's not just a strut, bent wheel, or link?

No, I'm not positive, but it sure looks like it's tweaked. I replaced the strut, still off. Hub looks fine, but I suppose it could be off. I beg to differ as to the robust nature of these pop can cars
So who's got a crossmember?

I've never bent anything other than the wheel jumping the car, going over sidewalks or islands at speed, or doing 70 down heavily potholed gravel roads. Never even had to realign the car unless I replaced tie rods when people I know with the usual alternatives would be knocked out of alignment or blow out tires fairly regularly without the gravel runs and curb jumping I do. But I also don't like low profiles and most of the abuse was done on 15's.
I've seen newer rear crossmembers pretty cheap on ebay, and people usually have stupid prices on there. Just about any junk yard should have one, maybe from a newer wreck, and kids on NASIOC are always crashing their cars.
