Power Windows - 94 Legacy wagon

Post by wellfeded »

OUR SUBIE:

1994 Legacy wagon
2.2 L boxer 4-cyl.
5-speed manual
power windows

Today, our power windows stopped working. We had been doing some body work in the rear wheel wells yesterday. Until today, we never noticed any problems with the windows. Everything else seems to work.

We wondered what the fuse setup for the power windows would be. Upon consulting the 94 Subie owner's manual, we found every gadget in the car mentioned except power windows.

Does anyone know which fuse we should check? Is there anything else we should check?

Check fuse no. 15 in the passenger compartment.

You can also check the slow blow fuse SBF-1 in the engine bay.

I'd start with those two thing and go from there. Do all the windows not work, or only certain ones?
