Is the host on a third party host, or is it someones personal box?

I know that Aletia.com is pretty cheep, and there was another place that is cheeper than them and has good bandwidth allouances (sp?). I'll have to check and see who it was, I can't remember their name off the top of my head.

It's a dedicated server, Dual P3 800, 512MB ECC Registered SDRAM, Supermicro 370DLE, 9GB SCSI drive, etc...

We're going to be looking at a more permanent host, somewhere that does it as a business instead of just on the side. The present host is an ISP, but it's not very well managed it seems.

Ah sorry to hear that. Yeah look up Aletia.com. They have some fair rates, when I get the name of the other company I'll let you know. It had better cheaper rates from what I remember and I think the bandwidth and memory was just as good or better. I just can't remember the name.
