With the engine idling and all accessories off, what is the voltage coming out of the alternator? With lots of accessories on, what is the voltage?

Sounds to me like either the battery is bad or needs to be charged, just take it in to an autoparts store and get them to check it.

13-14 volts is normal.

You really need to have both the battery and alternator load tested.
