Hopefully someone here will know this is for a Ej25 but I have an issue with the belt tensioner I think.. It's brand new btw.. what happens is when I set it to 29 ft-lb like the FSM says it no longer pivots up and down.. And at least that I can remember when I did my TB on my ej22 it would still pivot up and down when the bolt is tightened down..


I can't be missing any hardware since it's just the pullet bolt and the sleeve..

Sounds like you don't have the collared piece in the circle. You can kind of see the back in this pic.

It was.. long story short I had to swap the sleeve and bolt from the old one (glad I saved it) and it worked fine.
