Yeah, it's the sheet metal piece that uses two 10mm bolts and covers the bottom access to the torque converter bolts. I think it actually bolts on to the engine, but it's a cover panel for the torque converter. it's not the little rubber bit that goes on the top of the engine, but serves a similar purpose.
Here's a picture of the one on my old car that was a manual, I'm pretty sure the auto would be very similar
