WTB WA: EJ22 N/A engine or heads

Im looking for an ej22 n/a engine for my 90 legacy auto. I have a blown head gasket and i believe a bent valve. So I might take just a pair of heads but an entire engine i am also considering.

I am here in Yakima WA...

Have you checked with Spalding?
93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

good idea! Ill check them out. However i would think i could get some good deals on here because people leaving their ej22's for ej22t's.

I work at Spaldings and know we do have some ej22e and 1 ej22t with low miles in great shape, they typically go for around 800. They are compression checked, oil pressure, etc and have a 6 month warranty.

HI,
I have a '95 EJ22. I bought it as a backup for another project. Came out of crashed Legacy.
I have NOT ran it.
It'll need new pulleys/T-belt/WP, etc. and I'd reseal it - cams/crank/rear separator plate/etc.

If you swap your intake manifold w/its wiring harness, it'll bolt in.

I'm up near Spokane.
