what are the best power output increase on a 91 lecacy turbo
how much boost will the std turbo. how much increase can i get by just adjusting the boost pressure can any one help?

This little guy can. Basically get the engine running right. Replace filters, plugs, wires, coilpack, etc... Then exhaust will be the biggest improvement. Factory downpipe is horrible. Next biggest is intercooler. Then after all that worry about fiddling with the boost. Doing it before these is retarded IMHO.
