The age old question on boost cut!

How do I get around the factory boost cut at 13psi?
I already installed a boost controller and bypassed the boost control solenoid.
The car get around 11-15 psi and WHAM! I'm flying against the steering wheel.
HELP!

I have a better question... what have you done to the car to allow it to handle that much boost?
1993 WMP BC6 5MT EJ22T 9psi 3.9:1 213k 205/55R16

62.6 m/s @ 0.66 bar. Gotta love boost. :)
